Biosound Health Therapies For Individuals

There are many benefits the client will receive from using the Biosound® Therapy System. One of the major benefits is the calming effect the system has on the clients. The concept of the system is to help the client with the racing thoughts they may be having by using therapeutic music to bring them into a meditative state, which usually takes about 15 min.

The therapeutic music that is arranged for the Biosound® Therapy System is composed with binaural beats and special healing frequencies that help trigger the body’s natural relaxation response. Research in therapeutic music suggests it has become a motivating resource for people to become engaged in their treatment and has become a popular holistic method for treating depression and anxiety. Here’s a useful guide explaining the link between addiction and anxiety. Once the client reaches this meditative state then a powerful guided meditation embedded with positive affirmations will be played for the client.

The guided imagery selections on the Biosound® Therapy System are designed to address the guilt, fear, shame and trauma associated as underlying issues for most dealing with addiction. These moving meditations begin with a journey to a completely relaxed state of mind. Then, utilizing a unique echo effect, powerful and positive affirmations are delivered. This combination helps the client overcome those deep rooted, negative patterns of thought and behavior.

From there an inspirational video will be played for the client to finish out the session. A biofeedback program is also utilized with the system to teach the client certain techniques they can use to help them manage their emotions. This is a user friendly biofeedback interface that involves several challenge levels to help clients achieve high levels of coherence. Physiological coherence is the synchronization and balance of the brain, heart and the nervous system, better known as “being in the zone.”
