Chris graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008 with a BA in criminology. Driven by a deep passion for helping others, he began working at Biosound Technologies in 2010. Since then, Chris has focused on refining and developing innovative products to support clients during treatment. He is committed to discovering new holistic healing methods that empower treatment providers to help their clients become addiction survivors. What continues to drive Chris is witnessing the powerful transformation clients experience before and after a session with the Biosound Therapy System. His work is deeply rooted in his faith in God, which guides his mission to bring hope and healing to those in need.
Melody Gallant
Account Executive
Melody is a devoted mom of two, guided by faith and a deep commitment to personal growth and holistic living. She has been a part of the Biosound team since 2014. She has a background in naturopathic medicine and is a strong believer in healing the body naturally. Her journey is rooted in lifelong learning, creativity, and supporting mental and emotional well-being, both for herself and others. At the core of everything she does is a desire to grow, serve with a purpose, and allow God to lead her each step of the way.
Emmagrace Gallant
Marketing Assistant
Emma is a bright and imaginative young mind who brings a fresh, youthful perspective to the marketing projects at Biosound Technologies. She joined the team in 2025 and has already begun to make her mark with her creativity and enthusiasm. Emma is currently learning to use tools like Canva and Constant Contact to expand her skills in design and digital communication, showing a genuine interest in marketing and branding at an early age.
An entreprenuer at heart, Emma designed and launched her very own lemonade stand over the summer, demonstrating her initiatve, creativity, and business-savvy spirit. In addition to her work with Biosound, Emma was selected as a Cyber Ambassador for her school Curtis Elementary.
Outside of school and work, Emma stays active through cheerleading and gymnastics – activities that reflect her dynamic personality and love for teamwork. Emma’s enthusiasm, determination, and natural creativity make her a rising star with a bright future ahead!
Norm Asselin
National Director of Business Development
Prior to joining BioSound as the National Director of Business Development, Norm spent 15 years at WestBridge holding several different responsibilities including Team Leader/Business Development, Residential Counselor, and Admissions Specialist.
Norm’s extensive experience in the addiction field began in 1985 including 10 years of volunteering at Farnham Center, former Program Director of New Horizons and past member of several different Boards in the substance use field. Norm’s background also includes vast experience in sales and marketing management.
Norm lives in Weeki Wachee, FL and enjoys bike riding, boating, kayaking, hiking, and blues and jazz music.
Don Mossman
Regional Sales Representative
Don graduated from Framingham State University, Framingham, MA in 1975 with a BA in Biology. Don began his work at BioSound® Technologies at the beginning of 2015.
Don has been involved in developing In-Vitro diagnostic products to help physicians and providers to assess a client’s status before, during and after addiction treatment. Don has become involved with providing these same physicians and providers with additional tools to help their clients, who are in the grasp of addiction, after experiencing the transformation that can be achieved when using the Biosound® Therapy System.

Elaine Horne

Elaine is originally from Maine and now resides in Palm Harbor Florida.
Elaine started with Biosound technologies in March 2023 as a regional sales representative. Her background and passion for helping others makes a great fit here at Biosound. She currently owns her own business Healing With Intention LLC, is certified in Vibrational Therapy, Sound Healing, Reiki, integrated energy therapy, and aroma touch. Previously owned her own caregiving business and restaurant.
Now she wants to enjoy life and share with others the knowledge and tools that can help them feel better, be happier and healthier people.

Richard (Rick) Froilán-Dávila, ACSW Ph.D

Rick is the founder of Recovery All is a Pioneer in RECOVERY COACHING in Florida. Dr. Dávila has a long and distinguished career in the helping profession and received his Ph.D. and Masters (MSW) from the University of Connecticut. He has more than thirty years of work in education, and in community work. Dr. Dávila has held faculty and management positions for the past twenty-eight years and is a known international lecturer in adult education, alcohol & drugs, and diversity and author of several articles in the Human Services field.
He has been a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADAC) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) He has served on many State and National agency boards in the field of addictions including Initial Review Groups (IRG) for the office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). He was appointed the 2006-2007 Distinguished Professors of Humanics, the highest faculty distinction as a faculty person at Springfield College. He is an International/National Certified Gambling Counselor and is a Certified Recovery Coach and TOT Trainer. He is tenured and a full professor at Springfield College. Karen Rainer – BRI-II, CPS, CMHP

Karen Rainer is the Founder and President of The Circle of Care Consultants, Inc. and has been working professionally in the behavioral healthcare industry for over 13 years. Karen has extensive experience in the treatment industry ranging from interventions and assessments, to discharge and aftercare planning, as well as, specialized case management. She is well known for her ability to connect “the right people, to the right resources”.
She also served as the “non-attorney” member on both the Palm Beach and Broward County Board of Ethics Review in the past. Karen works as a private consultant in the industry, working with professionals and private organizations to grow their business and ROI.
In addition to founding The Circle of Care Consultants, Inc., Karen, well known in the field as an expert in maximizing professional growth and network development, also founded and leads a Professional Behavioral Healthcare Networking Group in South Florida, the Inner Circle Network©, that attracts over 150 behavioral healthcare professionals quarterly to their meetings. Karen is well respected by her peers for her integrity, professionalism and ethical belief that all people need an advocate to help them when they are at a low point in life.
